S3. Episode 17: Sobriety + Bipolar Disorder = The Way to Go! – Show Notes
In this episode, Bailey tells her story of how she came to choose a life of sobriety, along with why it’s a healthy choice for her since she’s diagnosed with bipolar disorder. She recounts real-life events that happened throughout her drinking days and how she wouldn’t have been in these awful situations had she not been drunk. Additionally, she informs you of research that she’s found which helps support her decision to stay sober. She hopes you’ll find the strength to do the same, if you feel that a life of sobriety may be best for you too.
S3. Episode 16: Dude, What’s Your Problem? – Show Notes
Tune in as Bailey speaks from the heart about how bipolar disorder often turns her tone of voice into an aggressive one. When anger or frustration arise, it often comes out onto whoever happens to be nearby, although it may have absolutely nothing to do with the other person involved. She hopes that hearing her describe how bipolar disorder can often take over her emotions will help you better understand why people you know (or even sometimes people you don’t know!) may do this to you for seemingly no reason.
S3. Episode 15: Oops, I Fucked Up – Show Notes
Tune in as Bailey tells alllll about a recent fuck-up that she did along with the consequences that it entailed.. She hopes that you’ll be able to learn from her mistakes. After all, in the words of Eleanor Roosevelt, “learn from the mistakes of others. You can’t live long enough to make them all yourself.”
S3. Episode 14: How to Support a Loved One Who is Feeling Hypomanic – Show Notes
Tune in as host, Bailey Reber, explains to you what has been helpful for her when a loved one is trying to support her during a bipolar 2 hypomanic episode. Besides real-life stories, she also includes information found from trusted articles to help you better understand what you can do to support a loved one who is also diagnosed with bipolar 2 disorder.
S3. Episode 13: This is What a Bipolar Hypomanic Episode Feels Like – Show Notes
In this episode, I discuss what it feels like in the midst of a bipolar 2 hypomanic episode. These hypomanic episodes are generally very specific to bipolar 2 disorder and therefore can be very confusing to those without this diagnosis. I truly hope to help those listening who have bipolar 2 disorder to feel less alone while tuning in. At the same time, I hope to leave those of you who do NOT have bipolar disorder feeling full of new information and insight on what their friends/loved ones may be going through.
S3. Episode 12: How to Support a Loved One Who is Feeling Depressed – Show Notes

S3. Episode 11: This is What Depression Feels Like – Show Notes
Tune in as Bailey gets vulnerable and talks all about what her bipolar disorder depressive episodes have felt like over the years. She goes into detail on behaviors that she would often (and still sometimes does) engage in while depressed as a way to help those who have never experienced depression to better understand it. It’s also an opportunity for those currently dealing with depression or intermittent depressive episodes to hear that you are not alone.
S3. Episode 9: Nightmares & Trauma – Show Notes
Tune in as I discuss the nightmares I’ve been dealing with recently as well as the probable cause of them… I dive into the research that I’ve done on the topic of trauma and nightmares, and I also take some time to recount a few of my own nightmares with you. If you’re also experiencing nightmares, this episode will help you to not feel alone in this struggle while encouraging you to seek the help you may need.
S3. Episode 8: I Wish My Parents Would Have… – Show Notes
Tune in as I get vulnerable and deep about the things that I wish my parents would have done while I was growing up that would’ve been the support that I needed. As I have begun to open up about this topic more and more in recent times, I’ve learned that many other people have had similar situations with their parents…and I hope that this episode will bring about awareness to parents of school-aged children to help them avoid making some of the same, hurtful mistakes.
