I am human, I have bad days too..

For those of you who subscribe to my podcast, Distressed to Joyful; Bailey’s Way, you may have noticed that this week’s episode appeared on Wednesday, not on Monday like it normally would. I want to take a moment to apologize for the delay this week – especially without any communication or warning. I owe you that. (Watch the video here)

I’m going to be honest, I had the episode recorded and ready to edit ahead of my usual schedule! Then a couple rough things occurred back to back in my personal life where I wasn’t able to finish the editing process on time.

I really hope that you’ll give me a little grace as well as accept the fact that I am human and I have bad days too. While I have learned how to effectively manage my mood swings and emotions, I am not immune to bad days nor am I immune to depressive episodes. Thankfully, everything I’ve learned through my wellness journey has taught me how to recover from them much faster! I will continue to pass along as much of that information as possible to help y’all as well.
