In this episode, Bailey takes the time to discuss a recent diagnosis that has been taking over her life lately – anxiety disorder. She discusses her research findings on what anxiety disorder is along with its symptoms. Additionally, she takes the time to openly talk about her own experiences with anxiety and panic attacks and how they’ve been disrupting her life.
